Century Barn

This is the most beautiful structure on the property.  Built in the mid-1820′s, it has been well maintained by the farmers who used it to store feed through the winter.  Now it has been rejuvenated with new pine flooring and lighting.  When you visit, spend a few minutes in this gorgeous structure remembering that the whole thing was built by hand, and originally, without any nails or screws. The Century Barn offers an impressive glimpse into Ottawa’s unique heritage.
